The important dates are:

Monday, 5/23, strategy review

Next Tuesday, 5/24 at the Study Session at 4pm and the Council Meeting at 3pm

Tuesday, 6/14 at the Study Session at 4pm and the Council Meeting at 7pm

Tuesday, 6/28 at the Study Session at 4pm and the Council Meeting at 7pm when the final vote by the City Council will take place

All the above sessions are at the Newport Beach Council Chambers at our City Hall.

May 9th 2011

Wednesday night meeting of the CERT and RACES COM
will be at Fire Station #7

Mon. May 11th
Wednesday the 13th, RACES/CERT meeting
Guest speaker "April Moell"

Mon. April 27th
1. Red Cross - May Day - Located in the parking lot of the OC Red Cross

9am - around 5pm Open to public, no charge
There will be RACES and CERT Communicators from around the county attending and
showing off there latest radios and emergency equipment. It's a great way to see up-close
the latest gear the pros will be using, ~~IF,~~ WHEN, there is a major disaster.

2. Sunday June 7th Balboa Parade
RACES and CERT parade entry
This is a short parade where RACES and CERT members wear our gear
the parade starts at 11am, over the bridge to fire station
Bring something CERT. Mark your Calendar. More info..

3. June 27th is the annual Field Day, Mariners Park
9am - around 2pm, Lunch will be served. Last year Pizza ;)
