Looking for volunteers to help with Check In / Registration where they will check off names from a list, hand out ID's, and welcome bags with the programs inside.  I've attached the volunteer sign up list which shows the dates and times we are looking to fill.  Cert members can wear casual attire, no green vests necessary.  This portion will take place at the Hyatt Hotel at 1107 Jamboree Rd., in the Garden Rooms (through the lobby, out the back, to the left).  The shifts are 5 hours in the morning, and 4 hours in the afternoon or evening.  If anyone would like to work more than one that would be fine.

The second area we may need assistance with 2-3 volunteers per day is at our golf event.  Tuesday July 12th @ Tijeras Creek Golf Club from 7:30am - 9:30am.   Wednesday July 13th @ Pelican Hill Golf Club from 7:30am - 9:30am, and Thursday July 14th @ Tustin Ranch Golf Club from 7:30am - 9:30am.

Please have all interested volunteers email me with their preferred day, time, and place and I will coordinate the rest.

Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,

Justin Carr
